Sent: Wednesday, 14 September 2011 10:48 AM We 'discovered' FlexiRobes about 25 years ago when we had our first 1950's built-in wardrobe replaced and added floor to ceiling mirror doors. We were very impressed with the quality of the product and it looks as good today as when it was installed. The installation (included in the quote) was very professional and the installer took some time to deal with the out of square condition of the walls. We subsequently returned to FlexiRobes for four additional built in robes and cupboards and all were installed with the same quality materials and workmanship, including a free adjustment to the earlier installations if required. When it came to our needs for new shower screens we had no hesitation in asking Flexirobes to quote. We accepted the quote for materials and installation without the need for competitive quotes. We were already familiar with the cost of a DIY shower door but even a reasonably competent handyman knows when to leave to the experts. We were not disappointed. Again the quality of the product was excellent and Jason, Flexirobe's installer has done a excellent job even given the difficulties of the shower recesses. Time was not an issue, to get right. If it was necessary to query even a minor matter outlined in the instructions behind the quote they rang to get clarification. Guesswork was not an option. We have been customers of this company for more than 25 years and have found the quality of product and installation to be a high standard throughout. The low priced quotes are the icing on the cake. I believe this is the same standard of service offered to all customers not just 'returning ones', because they didn't know that we had done earlier business with them. It is rare indeed today to be able to compliment a company over such a long time span but this is the case with FlexiRobes and we have no hesitation in commending them. We have no connection with the company other than that of an occasional customer. We hope that others will have the same experience as we have had.
